West Haven Community Garden (WHCG) is dedicated to helping residents grow their own organic produce. It is located behind Molloy School at 225 Meloy Road and has 50 individual plots. WHCG is open from May 1 to October 31. It is a multicultural and multigenerational program that provides West Haven residents with the opportunity to meet people and create community, get exercise through gardening, learn new skills, enrich the environment, and grow healthy food for themselves, food banks, and local charitable organizations.
